窦悦，经济学博士，北京工商大学经济学院讲师。2023年6月毕业于对外经济贸易大学，主持对外经济贸易大学研究生科研创新基金项目两项，参与国家社科重大基金、国家科技部、北京社科基金等科研项目。研究成果发表于《Energy Economics》《Applied Economics》《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》《Journal of Environmental Management》《The Singapore Economic Review》等国际期刊；获教育部国家奖学金、2023年北京市优秀毕业生等。担任《Nature Energy》《Journal of Environmental Management》《Applied Economics》《Energy Efficiency》《Climate Policy》《Emerging Markets Finance and Trade》等期刊匿名审稿人。
