吉彩红，女，副教授，硕士生导师，管理学博士。先后在《管理评论》、《数学的理论与实践》等学术期刊发表学术论文20余篇，其中EI检索2篇，ISSHP检索4篇，出版专著1部。主持1项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目，参与多项国家级及省部级课题研究，其中参与的课题《银行、保险、证券业发展态势比较研究》获中国保险学会“保险学术成果”三等奖。

主要研究方向：非寿险精算、保险学。

主要讲授课程：风险理论、非寿险精算、利息理论、寿险精算、风险管理、保险学、财产保险学。
