关晶，副教授，硕士研究生导师，北京工商大学经济学院院长助理，协助负责博士生培养工作。对外经济贸易大学应用经济学博士，利物浦大学联合培养博士（国家留学基金委公派）。《Economic Modelling》、《Economic Research-Ekonomska Istraivanja》等SSCI期刊匿名审稿人。

研究方向：健康经济学。主要为健康行为（体育运动）或健康保险对人力资本和社会资本的影响。
