张希，女，博士，北京工商大学经济学院教授，硕士生导师。主要研究领域为财政与公共经济学、税收经济学，及能源经济学等。主要讲授《财政学》、《财税思想史》等课程。主持国家自然科学基金2项，博士后科学基金等省部级项目4项，以第一或通讯作者发表核心及以上期刊论文十余篇，其中包括CSSCI期刊《管理评论》及SSCI/SCI期刊Journal of Cleaner Production、Energies等。
